Civil Court – Bill Collectors

3rd party debt collectors buy debts from the original “creditor”, who by the way records their loss and sells off the debt and balances their ledgers, then they ( 3rd party debt collectors ) try to rope you into agreeing for paying for it again. Question is where did all the original money come from? Let’s talk about it.
